Overview
Managing remote and hybrid teams has shifted from being an emergency response to a core business capability. Organisations are wrestling with how to maintain productivity, collaboration, and culture when people aren’t physically together every day. This course exists because traditional management practices – built for co-located teams – don’t automatically translate to hybrid or remote contexts. Leaders need clarity on issues such as: How do you build trust without face-to-face contact? How do you ensure fairness between office-based and remote employees? How do you balance autonomy with accountability, and prevent burnout or disengagement in dispersed teams? These questions demand a deliberate rethink of leadership, communication, and performance management practices.
This course is designed to help participants tackle these challenges head-on by equipping them with practical tools and frameworks to make hybrid and remote work thrive. Through real-world case studies, evidence-based strategies, and interactive problem-solving, participants will explore how to set clear expectations, design effective collaboration rhythms, and nurture team cohesion across locations. By the end, they won’t just understand the questions – they’ll have actionable answers, the confidence to apply them, and a roadmap to turn remote and hybrid working into a sustainable advantage rather than a source of friction.
