Overview

Remote and hybrid working can offer greater flexibility and autonomy, but without the right management approach it can also lead to weaker communication, inconsistent performance, reduced engagement and fragmented teams.

This practical half-day course helps managers create the conditions in which people can perform effectively wherever they are working. It provides clear, practical approaches for maintaining trust, strengthening team cohesion, setting expectations and ensuring that remote and hybrid working supports both employee needs and organisational goals.

Participants will leave with greater confidence in managing the challenges of hybrid working and a clear set of actions they can apply immediately to improve communication, collaboration and performance across their teams.
