Overview

As the government launches England’s first-ever Men’s Health Strategy, organisations face growing pressure to improve workforce wellbeing and develop more effective approaches to supporting men’s health in the workplace. Men experience disproportionately poor outcomes across both physical and mental health yet are often less likely to engage with workplace wellbeing initiatives or seek support early. Suicide remains the leading cause of death for men under 50 in the UK, while work-related stress, depression and anxiety continue to contribute to millions of lost working days each year.
