Overview

Workplace allyship is when a person of privilege works in partnership with a marginalised group of people to remove the barriers that challenge their rights and status in the workplace. While the UK’s workforce increases in its diversity and inclusive initiatives become the forefront of HR strategies, a 2025 study of 4000 people from Ciphr revealed:

  • Over 45% of UK adults have experienced some form of workplace discrimination
  • Women are almost twice as likely as men to report feeling discriminated against because of their gender
  • 69% of ethnic minorities say they have experienced some form of discrimination in the workplace
  • 73% of non-binary people have faced some form of discrimination at work or when job hunting

Join us at the 2025 Allyship in the Workplace Conference to hear the latest insights from experts on developing and promoting a culture of collective allyship that supports individuals from all backgrounds.
