Overview

Across the UK, employers face ongoing skills shortages and recruitment challenges. Despite efforts to build workforce resilience, significant pools of talent remain underutilised. Neurodivergent individuals, disabled people, carers, parents, people experiencing menopause, and workers in later career stages frequently encounter structural and cultural barriers that can limit their access to employment and career development.

While organisations increasingly recognise the importance of diversity and inclusion, many workplace policies and recruitment processes continue to be designed around traditional career paths and working patterns. As a result, employers are not fully leveraging a broader range of skills and experience, while many individuals continue to face unnecessary challenges to reaching their full potential at work.

This 60-minute webinar will explore the hidden workforce gap and examine how employers can create workplaces that better support neurodiversity, disability, and life-stage inclusion. Participants will gain insight into how inclusive workforce strategies can improve recruitment, retention, productivity and employee wellbeing, while helping organisations access wider talent pools and build more resilient workforces.
