Following the Big Listen Consultation, it is critical that Ofsted reevaluate how they inspect schools, the criteria which they measure performance and consider the impact inspections have on teacher wellness. Elevating standards for pupils is a shared priority uniting educational institutions across the UK. Collaborative efforts between teachers and Ofsted are therefore essential to achieve improved outcomes and continuous development of both teachers and pupils.
