Andy Higgins is the Research Director for the Police Foundation. He joined the Police Foundation in 2013, leading analysis on police effectiveness and research on neighbourhood policing. He became Research Director in 2017 and was also a key contributor to the Foundation’s 2022 Strategic Review of Policing in England and Wales

In this video, Higgins discusses the 2025 Policing Vision and the future of neighbourhood policing, highlighting the importance of its role in handling antisocial behaviour cases.
