It is estimated that around 14.5 million people in the UK currently live in poverty, including 46% of families in receipt of Universal Credit. [1]

Dave Peregrine is the Director of Housing Services at Elim Housing. He has over 20 year’s experience in the housing sector, specialising in the development and delivery of homelessness services.

In this video, Dave discusses the value of partnerships between housing associations and other key services to reduce rough sleeping and support families at risk of homelessness. He shares how Elim Housing has worked with local authorities to provide targeted support for young parents and their families.
