Lois Anderson is Income Operations Manager at Southwark Council. She has over 10 years of experience working in Local Government, leading the creation of an in-house enforcement agent function and implementing a single view of debt team.
In this video, Lois discusses the challenge of rent arrears and multiple debts vulnerable tenants often face. She highlights how sharing resources and knowledge between teams helped create a single view of debt, giving tenants fixed payment plans which meant many cases did not escalate from arrears to eviction.
