Sandra Kerr CBE, Race Equality Director at Business in the Community, has shared with us some useful guidance on the impact of Covid-19 on ethnic minorities in the UK.

Evidence shows that Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic people in the UK are disproportionately affected by economic downturns. With many minority ethnic families still suffering from the consequences of the 2008 crash, being aware of these disparities and taking measures to combat them is essential as we start to live through the economic impact of Covid-19.
