Abdool Kara is Executive Leader of Local Services at the National Audit Office (NAO). He is responsible for the NAO’s local services portfolio shadowing the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, the Department of Health and Social Care, and the Department for Education, as well as leading on its People function.
