The modern workforce has become increasingly diverse in its makeup, embracing employees from various underrepresented backgrounds. Consequently, there’s been a growing emphasis on enhancing workplace inclusion initiatives. Allyship is the active practice of individuals supporting and advocating for underrepresented groups to promote equity and inclusion.
