Sandra Kerr CBE is Race Director for Business in the Community. She works together with business leaders and government policy makers to influence action on race in the UK. In 2019, Sandra was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List for Services to Equality and Diversity.

In this video, Sandra discusses the findings from the 2021 Race at Work survey and how they have influenced the Race at Work Charter. She shares what employers can do to create more inclusive workspaces, highlighting the importance of diverse role models and opportunities for progression to improve equality and inclusion in the workplace.
