Isabelle Kirkham is a care experienced campaigner and a Youth Network Member of Become. Become are a charity working to ensure children and young people in care receive the support and stability they need to lead happy lives following the time they spent in care.

In this video, Isabelle shares her own experience throughout her time spent in care. She discusses how improvements in the care system need to be informed by the experiences young people face when in care. This ensures local authorities are giving them the support they need both whilst in care and once they have left the system.
