Dr Kira Allman is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Media Law & Policy, at the University of Oxford. They are also the Lead of the Oxfordshire Digital Inclusion Project. They spoke at our Digital Inclusion 2021 Conference about lessons the library can teach us about meeting the needs of digitally excluded groups.
