In October 2022 the Regulator for Social Housing published the Sector Risk Profile, setting out the risks the social housing sector is currently facing. The Regulator for social housing regulates all registered providers of social housing.

Will Perry is the Director of Strategy at the Regulator of Social Housing. He is responsible for developing corporate strategy, business intelligence and regulatory policy.
