We’re delighted to welcome Esther Kent as a content contributor for MyGovCentral.

A manager, a leader, a coach, a mentor, but always an educator, Esther takes pride in the enormous impact her work has had on student and graduate experience and success.

With over 20 years of teaching Sports Management and Coach Education to undergraduate and postgraduate students along with managing courses she refocussed to specialise in Employability having recognised the opportunities in curriculum. Esther spearheaded efforts to expand and enhance student attainment within employment settings.

She has been at the forefront of major institutional initiatives to transform graduate success including embedding employability into every course, at every level of study.

Esther is responsible for providing strategic leadership to shape the design and delivery of an integrated range of services to achieve a transformative and exceptional experience for all students, graduates, academics, and industry partners (present and future) that maximizes student employability.

Esther Kent was on a panel discussion at the Government Events’ National Gradate Employability conference in March, sharing insights into developing robust strategies to improve engagement with career services.

You will be able to watch Esther’s session on MyGovCentral very soon.

Plus, as a Content Contributor, over the next 12-months Esther will be expanding on the key themes discussed during the conference and across other areas of her work, which you’ll only be able to access on MyGovCentral.
