According to Hightown Housing Association, only 22-24% of housing association lettings go to homeless households. Homes for Cathy is a group of housing associations and homelessness charities united by the aim of ending homelessness. Working closely with Crisis, Homes for Cathy campaigns for homelessness housing and support resources, while managing over 1.34 million homes.

David Bogle is the Chief Executive of Hightown Housing Association. In this video, he explains the importance of collaboration among stakeholders, tenants, and staff to support homeless households. He discusses how Homes for Cathy champions tenancy sustainment through a consideration of the individual while urging housing associations and charities to audit themselves against the HFC commitments.
