15% of girls and 5% of boys under the age of 16 are estimated to have been sexually abused, according to the Centre of Expertise on Child Sexual Abuse.

Mike Sheath is a Manager at the Lucy Faithfull Foundation, prior to this for the last ten years he has worked as a qualified Probation Officer. Lucy Faithfull is a charity dedicated to preventing child sexual abuse.

In this video, Mike discusses the signs of child exploitation and how organisations can reduce the barriers which prevent victims from getting the support they need to overcome their trauma.
