36% students reported their mental health worsened since the start of the 2021 autumn term, according to the Office for National Statistics.

Alison Johns is the Chief Executive at Advance HE. She has worked in higher education for 25 years, and prior to becoming Chief Executive, she was the Head of Policy for Leadership, Governance and Management at the Office for Students.
