According to the CIPD Health and Wellbeing at Work Report 2022, only half of UK organisations take a strategic approach to employee wellbeing.

Peter Kelly is Head of Programme at Mates in Mind, a UK charity raising mental health awareness and promoting positive wellbeing within the workplace. The charity also provides information to guide and support employers when considering wellbeing within their own organisations.

In this video, Kelly discusses the multi-elements of wellbeing, as well as the different angles and dimensions for widespread implementation of wellbeing strategies. He asserts the need for a ‘system reboot,’ introducing evidence-backed systems of support that employers can adopt to improve and reach their wellbeing objectives.
