Jennifer Legg is a Health and Wellbeing Officer for Waltham Forest Council. She is the Chair of London Council’s Health and Wellbeing Network, supporting employees across London.

In this video, Jennifer discusses the need for workplace wellbeing initiatives to support colleagues. In highlighting the issue she outlines the inter-organisational network established at London Council providing employees with flexibility and choice to access wellbeing initiatives suited to hybrid working.
