1 in 6 properties in the UK is at risk of flooding, according to the Environment Agency.

Caroline Douglass is the Executive Director for Flood and Coastal Risk Management at the Environment Agency. She is responsible for protecting and preparing homes and businesses from flooding and coastal change.
