The police recorded 1 million incidents of anti-social behaviour in the year ending December 2022, according to the Office for National Statistics.

Marek Witko is the Director of Regional Housing at Clarion. In this role, he is responsible for delivering Clarion’s National response to Anti-Social Behaviour, covering over 127,000 properties. This includes a national ASB team fielding the initial calls and reports from residents and regional teams supporting residents through their individual case’s conclusion.

In this video, Marek discusses the bespoke service they have in place at Clarion Housing which are tailored to support every victim. He highlights how collaborating with residents has helped improve online programmes and reporting services.
