Wendy Preston is the Head of Nursing for the Royal College of Nursing (RCN). The Royal College of Nursing are a registered trade union in the UK who represent nurses, promoting excellence in practice and shaping health policies.

In this video, Preston highlights some of the recruitment and retention issues the nursing workforce is facing. She shares RCN resources trusts can use to develop measures to reverse the current trend of people leaving the nursing workforce.
