Jessica Easterbrook is the Lead Consultant for Organisational Development at East Sussex County Council. Her 13 years of experience working in HR spans a wealth of disciplines including organisational development, wellbeing and employee relations.

In this video, Jessica discusses the menopause policy in place at East Sussex County Council and the importance of organisation data to make sure the policy was fit for purpose for all employees. She outlines the benefits of training for both managers and employees to help normalise conversations and destigmatise menopause in the workplace.
